Our process includes:
- Collaboration with organization leadership and/or Compensation Committee members.
- Development of policies and program philosophies for both Executives and Outside Directors.
- Benchmarking of Executive and Outside Director positions using the most current market data and peer group analyses, using latest available proxy and 990 filings, as appropriate.
- Structuring of Executive and Outside Director compensation, including the right “mix” of fixed and variable pay, direct and indirect compensation.
